Borealis Adventures Offers Remote Minnesota Wilderness Cabins - A Real Life Adventure!

Since the world seems to be on a 100-mile-a-minute pace it's nice to know there are still places where time pauses. Borealis Adventures offers five remote cabins in northern Minnesota that provide a chance to unwind, reconnect with self, family and nature. Whether you're snowshoeing, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, trapping, bird watching, canoeing or relaxing, the peace and quiet is humbling.

Bring only yourself, sleeping bag and main course menu items. We'll deliver the rest when we guide you into one of five remote, no road access cabins. Four of the five locations offer a tight, warm, dry, and critter free cabin. No electricity or running water means glorified camping in a remote setting. We provide all the essentials; indoor and outdoor equipment and utensils, drinking and wash water, gaslights and range. Each site has a separate clean outhouse.

For those seeking a true sense of wilderness adventure try our fifth location, Plum Creek Tent Camp. Plum Creek is a tent camp in the middle of 80 acres surrounded by miles of wilderness.
